KDG Property is an independently owned residential & commercial property management company based in central London. We manage properties within the M25.

KDG Property has been in practice since 2009. We are set up to fill a void in the property management area with aim of providing a professional client focus to property management. Maintaining the best possible relationship with our clients has been our main priority here at KDG Property.

We’ve been working many years to constantly improve and develop the way we deal with our clients. Whether it be with freeholders, Landlord, leaseholders or tenants, all being treated equally with the same standard of care and attention.

What has allowed us to achieve such a high standard in terms of customer service is the increased communication demonstrating our performances, our pro active approach, transparency and well appreciated traditional customer focused values towards clients.
